RETURNS AND REFUNDS

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:
We check each and every product carefully before shipping. We do not accept returns for any item purchased as each and every product is personalised for you. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE/ WRONG PRODUCT:
We are not liable for damages in transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 
We have a 7 day policy. Kindly report any issue strictly within 7 business days of receiving the product.

 

COLOURS:
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on BLOOM  website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
